Completely changed the idea for my boots from how it used to be. Good job I was cautious about finishing my blueprint. Taking some ideas from some mechs (yes ashley, MECHS), and some of what looks like tactical support armour or possibly engineer armour for some sort of heavy duty vehicles, which is also why I'm lookoing at mechs and mobile suits. Found an excellent picture of something, and think I'm going to make something along these lines, as it fits a bit more with the ceremonial armour I'm now making.
This is hopefully going to make it look like it has movable parts and can be more easily put on or taken off, possibly jettisoned in the need for escape, or moving through odd terrain, such as swimming. Should have finished blueprints up today (Y)
